Creekview Golf Club Junior Golf Camps 2009

Open to Boys and Girls Ages 6-17

All Camps will be held on Mondays thru Wednesdays (8:00am-11:00am)

1. June 22–24                                   2. June 29-July 1
3. July 6-8                                         4. July 13-15
5. July 20-22                                     6. July 27-29
                             7. August 3-5

Please designate the camp number or numbers you wish to enroll your Child/Children in.
We are limiting our camps to 8 kids per Instructor (camp).

DEADLINE FOR All CAMPS WILL BE THE FRIDAY BEFORE EACH CAMP

It is understood that Creekview Golf Club, City of Crandall, and the Teaching Staff will not be liable for any accident, damage, theft illness, or any action or consequence that might occur while my child is participating in the junior camps. I also authorize any medical and or hospital care that may be necessary for my child.

Participants who do not own clubs will be provided with some; bring water, a hat, sunscreen, and bug spray if necessary.
