Open to Boys and Girls Ages 6-17
All Camps will be held on Mondays thru Wednesdays (8:00am - 11:00am)
1. June 21-23 2. June 28-30
3. July 5-7 4. July 12-14
5. July 26-28

We are limiting our camps to 8 participants per Instructor (camp).

It is understood that Creekview Golf Club and the Teaching Staff will not be liable for any accident, damage, theft, illness, or any action or consequence that might occur while my child is participating in the junior camps. I also authorize any medical and/or hospital care that may be necessary for my child.
Participants need to provide their own clubs, bring water, a hat, sunscreen, and bug spray if necessary.
